Originally from Northern California, Katherine’s passion for the arts began early, spending her childhood in the theatre and choir rooms where her mother taught. At home, she was already directing “shows” with her younger sister, and by the time she was in grade school, Katherine was taking dance classes, performing in The Nutcracker, and immersing herself in theatre camps at Sacramento's Music Circus.

Throughout high school, Katherine was active in drama, choir, and jazz choir, performing in school plays and musicals that deepened her love for the stage. After graduating, she moved to Southern California to pursue her education, where she worked at Disneyland and continued developing her craft in theatres throughout the area. Productions include My Fair Lady (Musical Theatre West), The Producers (Candlelight Pavilion), Mersister Alana in The Little Mermaid (Sound Stage Live!), Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof (Encore Dinner Theatre), and Dream Laurey in Oklahoma! (Newport Theatre). Her journey then took her to New York City, though she eventually returned to California to complete her degree.

Katherine graduated with a BA in Drama from UC Irvine and now calls New York City home once more. As a classically trained soprano with a background in acting, dance, and arts education, she brings a well-rounded approach to her work on stage. Katherine is a passionate arts educator and performer who also enjoys baking, spending time with animals (especially cats), and exploring the outdoors.
